Most khata apps are a separate notebook. In QuickBills the khata is part of the bill: put a bill on khata, and the customer’s balance, the stock and the day’s sales all move together.

Sell on khata
Add the customer to the bill, tap Pay and choose Khata (on credit). Part of a bill can be khata and the rest cash or UPI.
See who owes what
The Khata screen lists every customer who owes you, how much, and when each last bought and last paid. Tap a customer for every entry.
Get paid
Take a part or full payment in cash or by UPI or bank. Send a reminder from your own WhatsApp with the amount and a UPI link to pay: the customer sees your number, not ours. Returns come off the khata by themselves. Tips in how to manage udhar.
